Welcome to Custom Ceremonies of Melbourne, Florida. My name is Reverend Frank J. LaPenna. I perform marriage ceremonies anywhere within a 40 mile radious of Melbourne/Palm Bay, Florida. I believe your ceremony should be something unique to both of you, it should reflect your personalities and feelings. I will meet with you and together we will create not just a ceremony but a lasting and loving memory of your special day. I have ceremonies that I have created based on the feelings and thoughts of  the hundreds of couples I have had the honor of uniting in matrimony. You can choose from among these or we can create one just for you.
